•  Cancellations by Traveler: Cancellations made 30 days or less before the trip: No refunds will be issued.
•   Cancellations by Butiama & Beyond: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your trip, you will receive a full refund of all payments made (excluding third-party fees such as visa applications or flight bookings).
•   Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as illness, flight delays, or cancellations.
•   Visas & Flights: Visa processing fees and international flight booking fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to third-party providers.
•   Changes to Itinerary: Butiama & Beyond reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, always prioritizing traveler safety and experience.
