We are not liable for failure to perform obligations or for costs arising from events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, quarantine restrictions, war, civil unrest, government regulations, border closures, weather, labor disputes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed; in many cases suppliers may only issue credits or rebooking options.
