Participant Assumption of Risk
Travel activities arranged through Butiama & Beyond LLC may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to wildlife encounters, outdoor exposure, uneven terrain, vehicle travel, altitude, water activities, and other physical challenges. By booking a trip, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation and agrees that Butiama & Beyond LLC shall not be held liable for injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
